Avocado Cream

This guac is light, fluffy and a great addition to any party!  

Ingredients: 

2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
½ cup Dip Me Spicy Jalapeno Sour Cream Dip
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro, plus leaves for serving
Kosher salt
Tortilla Chips

Directions: 

-Process avocados, sour cream, vinegar, and cilantro in a food processor until mixture is very smooth, light, and thick. Add salt to taste. Garnish with extra cilantro leaves if desired.  Serve with tortilla chips and a lovely white wine.
