Creole Herb Tzatziki

Ingredients: 
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 large cucumber peeled and seeded
1 teaspoon salt
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Juice from ½ lemon
2 teaspoons Dip Me Creole Herb Dip Mix Seasoning Blend
2 tablespoons chopped mint
2 tablespoons chopped dill
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions: 
Peel and seed cucumber. Grate cucumber into a bowl, add salt and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pour off excess water and put cucumber is towel and squeeze out the water.

Put cucumber in a bowl with yogurt, lemon juice and creole herb seasoning and mix well. Stir in in the mint, dill and parsley and blend well. Store in refrigerator and is best when fresh.
